Cape Revival, Reimagined
This project began with a turn-of-the-century Cape-style home that had lost its character after many renovations over the years and was ready for transformation. Our goal was to honor the home’s history and its place in the neighborhood while introducing a clean, modern expression. Through thoughtful design, we preserved the home’s familiar scale and proportions while reinterpreting details with contemporary lines, materials, and light-filled spaces. The result is a home that feels fresh and modern yet remains in harmony with the surrounding streetscape—a respectful evolution of a timeless style.
