“The best decision we made in building our custom home was the selection of Jen and Jay Heilman and JPH Building to be our partners in the project. I had previous experience with a “design build” firm and knew that working with one eliminates lengthy delays for permissions and communication problems.

When we first engaged JPH, we had an idea of the outcome we wanted but no idea how to make it a reality. They listened and heard what we said and guided us along a path toward the incredible family home we have today. If you work with Jen, you will find her kind and funny, but even better, resourceful, accomplished, and accommodating. We had several large pieces of furniture and pictures that required extra wall space, and Jen was meticulous in measuring and making sure everything would fit, and it does! We had an unexpected fiasco when a permitting agency caused us to flip the entire building plan 180 degrees. Jen and the design team were unflappable and made it happen. You could not find a better partner.

I can’t end this without also mentioning JPH Building, the other half of the equation, which is a quality firm in every way. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they are cooperative and accommodating in every way.
